Cycling with a static bike (A)
I owned a static bike for a while but i barely used it due to not having much time. But i wanted to try it, so i took 15 minutes on the static bike for my first run, i took a break for 5 minutes before having another run for 30 minutes. It was a fun experience.
For my LO identify own strengths and develop areas for growth, i improved my stamina on long runs and i felt that im getting more comfortable with cycling at a stable pace. I managed to be stable throughout both run around 8-10km/h.
